Basic Rates
(Vocals & single instrument recording)
per hour (with Engineer): $60.00
per eight hour block (with Engineer):$440.00
per hour (No Engineer): $30.00
per day (No Engineer): $250.00
per five day week (with Engineer): $2495.00
rehearsal only (4 hour block): $100.00
Premium Rates
(Simultaneous Multitrack recording, band, group vocals, etc.)
per hour (with Engineer) : $65.00
per eight hour block with engineer: $475.00
per five day week (with Engineer): $2750.00
Mixing Rates
Projects recorded at Depth Charge can be mixed at the Basic hourly rate or the client can choose to pay the flat mix fee. Projects recorded outside of Depth Charge are mixed at the flat mixing rate (see Mixing & Mastering Page.)
* Eight hour blocks must be purchased up-front and can be broken up over multiple sessions.
* Day and week rates consist of 10 hours per day & one hour meal break. Additional hours will be charged at the corresponding hourly rate.
* Bookings without engineer require prior approval and brief orientation.
* Sessions booked under premium rates are allocated 1/2 hour uncharged set-up time.
* "Assistance only" is defined as assistance in setting up band equipment and microphones.
* Sessions are billed beginning at the time scheduled by the client. We reccomend arriving 10-15 minutes early to maximize the time. We do not comp missed time for late arrivals.
* Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Client will be billed a $50 fee for cancellations made inside of 48 hours. Clients who cancel the day of their appointment or fail to show will be billed the full scheduled time of their session.
* We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash for all payments.
