	Paper Sleeve with Window and Flap $0.07 each
	Poly Sleeve (No Flap) $0.10 each
	Slimline Case (Black) $0.18 each
	Slimline Case (Clear, White, Blue Tint, Purple Tint, Orange Tint, Green Tint, etc.) $0.20 each
	Jewel Case (Retail Style) with Black or Clear Tray $0.26 each

STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR ORDER

• The following items must be submitted to us to start your order. Master copy, CD face design artwork, Insert design artwork (if applicable,) and payment. Your master copy should be formatted EXACTLY how you want all your cds to be. Depth Charge verifies copies against the master to insure they match. Your cd face design artwork and CD insert designs should be submitted as a .jpeg, .tif or Illustrator file. The CD face should be black on white and all files should be CMYK at 300 dpi resolution. Design templates are available using the links below. We accept cash and all major credit cards for payment.
• Once you have all your materials together, you can drop off your order at our location in person, or you can mail it to us. Please call us first to set up an appointment to drop off your order in person.
• When your order is ready you will be contacted by a representaive from Depth Charge. You can pick up your order in person or have it shipped via UPS.
